Matthew 5:14-16
’You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.’

Happy Birthday Jesus! Take some time today to celebrate Jesus’ birthday. Amidst the gifts and cocoa, let’s take some time to sing “Happy Birthday” to Jesus and maybe even bake a cake or special treat in His honor. God sent Jesus at Christmas because He loves us and what better way to show Him we love Him in return by loving and serving His people all year round. Don’t let your acts of kindness stop today- each day is a new chance to share the love and hope we have in Jesus. Merry Christmas!
